About JustUs Advertising.
JustUs Advertising is a “full-service” marketing firm – that means that we don’t have just one product that we sell to everyone; we do everything from print advertising to calling campaigns, depending on what is going to work best for our client’s needs. We specialize in working with small businesses and have a special niche in marketing for Chiropractors across the country. We are dedicated to delivering measurable results while helping small businesses thrive.
Our team consists of two “groups” that regularly work together to make sure that our campaigns run smoothly and produce great results. The first group is our Call Team – working primarily for our Chiropractic and Attorney clients, our call team delight in the fact that they get to help people every day. They work in a fun atmosphere where they are not only given the tools they require for success (stand up desks, dual monitors, new headphones, etc), but also complete for Spiffs, have BBQ’s in the Summer, and have the ability to make UNLIMITED Commission. One person’s success never means another person’s failure – so everyone works together and behaves like a family. This is the kind of place where you won’t be sent home for having an unproductive day; instead, you’ll be nurtured, coached, and cared for so that your bad days have less effect on your productivity.
Our second group is our Marketing Team. These guys are the ones who bring the new clients in, create the campaign structures, communicate results to clients, work on the creatives for the ads, and problem solve when something is not going right. The sky is the limit when it comes to upward mobility on this team – you are never limited by your job title because everyone’s opinions and ideas have value and merit. And it’s definitely not all work and no play for these guys either – you’ll often find them joining the call team for BBQ’s or laughing around the meeting table. No matter the team you are on at JustUs, we know that you’ll spend a great deal of time here instead of with your family and friends, and we believe that it’s important to enjoy your job as much as possible.
